Add SHA-256 support for signing emails

Mailbee only supports creating SHA-1 signatures for DKIM. NISTphased out its use of SHA-1 in 2010 (according to Wikipedia), in favor of SHA-256. This would be a great improvement for MaillBee.NET

    SHA-256 is the required algorithm for the US Federal Governments Direct Health Information Exchange protocol. Implementing SHA-256 would be invaluable when handling these messages.
