In The Admin Panel, How About A Place To UPLOAD SMILEYS?! OPEN SOURCE Round Cube Has Had SMILEYS For As LONG As I Can Remember! :--)

    For some time now, we consider replacing richtext editor we have in WebMail with one of the existing richtext editors like CKEditor or TinyMCE. Those are easily extended and emoticons are available there I believe. It's unlikely, however, that it will be configured via AdminPanel the way you suggest, as those editors offer their own ways of customization.
