We're actually working on this right now, the idea is to have packages for both WebMail Lite and Pro installed in a fully automated way, so webmail is a solid part of Nextcloud app, and things like database setup, trial key generation, etc. are automatically done by the installer.
The only problem we're now facing is the future updates of the app and providing an upgrade preserving the configuration files and the database, Nextcloud documentation is rather minimal in that regard. Still, we hope to roll the new apps out soon.

Currently, those features can be disabled by setting Disabled to false in configuration files of respective modules in data/settings/modules directory: CalendarWebclient.config.json, PersonalFiles.config.json, Tasks.config.json etc.
Naturally, those can be changed via API too. And at some point we may be adding on/off switches in admin interface, at least for the most important features.

Yes that can be done for a specific mailserver, such as, for our MailSuite Pro bundle: https://afterlogic.com/mailsuite/linux-email-server
In case of an external IMAP server, gathering mails across folders doesn't look feasible performance-wise. If you're looking for a custom development, for your specific mail server, please let us know: http://afterlogic.works

Thing is, those are actually email services, not webmail apps you can install with any mailserver at all. And in other standalone webmail clients, we didn't see such a behavior you've described.

When speaking of other programs, do you mean other webmail applications? It works rather different for desktop applications.
Also, WebMail Pro offers an option to save sent mail to Inbox - which actually makes threading more complete.

In WebMail Pro 7, there's a plugin that can help with this:

It allows you to backup emails from IMAP folder into .ZIP archive, and then import it elsewhere - to a different folder, or a different email account.

There's already a filter for unread messages in WebMail Pro - just click the number of unread mails next to a folder name, and only unread mails will show in the list. Doesn't that work for you?

Re-read your post. Looks like you meant accessing an EWS capable server like OpenChange from our webmail. Anyway, no plans for that because percentage of such installations in comparison to overall IMAP-capable boxes is so tiny that it can be ignored.

There are no plans for that. Also, usually if people already have Exchange server, they use OWA as webmail client. Using third-party client (like ours) does not seem to be a popular option in this case.

Beta with EWS support is out! You can get it at:

You'll also need to install Managed EWS dependency from Microsoft (Microsoft Exchange WebServices package).
There is a sample which shows many aspects of working with EWS, including sending a mail, getting folders and messages. You can find it in MailBee.EwsMail.Ews topic of the documentation.

We'll consider the possibility of adding multipart/report for the next version but can't promise anything yet. The expected amount of work to make it right is pretty big there.

How universal is this? With LDAP, the typical problem is that you need to adjust your code heavily for every particular installation. Unlike IMAP/SMTP, LDAP is pretty abstract and different installations use very different schemas.

Will definitely make it eventually, just need to make sure it won't contradict with other controls (need to reserve some place for it, especially in mobile layout, and sort some other matters).

Currently, the product only provides sync with the built-in DAV server. For performance reasons, we also maintain database cache of the data - for instance, that eliminates the need to parse vCard / iCal files every time user needs to run search. Thus, working directly via DAV protocol isn't an option for now.
However, in the future, we do plan to offer sync with the external DAV servers - and since Google seems to offer CalDAV access, that's going to work for syncing with Google Calendar.

Any idea why can this be useful? We had message size displayed before but removed this as this feature was useless but occupied screen space. Modern webmails like Gmail don’t show message size.

We don't like how many things are done in RC. Moreover, many clients select us for the same reason. Each new setting, each new option is an extra burden for the system. We can implement only those features which are needed not just for 1% or 5% of customers but, let's say, for 30% or more.
Anyway, if this feature gets many votes, we'll consider adding this setting. If not, please note you always have an option to request sponsored development.

We do provide mobile layout in WebMail Pro commercial version. It still comes with source code so you can customize the product for your needs and so on.

For some time now, we consider replacing richtext editor we have in WebMail with one of the existing richtext editors like CKEditor or TinyMCE. Those are easily extended and emoticons are available there I believe. It's unlikely, however, that it will be configured via AdminPanel the way you suggest, as those editors offer their own ways of customization.

Our webmail uses SabreDav as calendar backend. When/if they ever provide support for Hijri, this will at least make the task of displaying Hijri calendar possible. Before that, it cannot be implemented.
