In WebMail Pro 7, there's a plugin that can help with this:
https://afterlogic.com/docs/plugins-repository/export-and-import-mails-saved-as-zip-archive
It allows you to backup emails from IMAP folder into .ZIP archive, and then import it elsewhere - to a different folder, or a different email account.
