Adminpanel new function

You can add a feature: via the adminpanel function you can disable calendar, storage, and tasks

    Currently, those features can be disabled by setting Disabled to false in configuration files of respective modules in data/settings/modules directory: CalendarWebclient.config.json, PersonalFiles.config.json, Tasks.config.json etc.

    Naturally, those can be changed via API too. And at some point we may be adding on/off switches in admin interface, at least for the most important features.
