Gmail `X-GM-THRID` Threading Support
Currently, there is no support for Gmail threading as they use a different type for some reason.
Add support for Gmail threading using X-GM-THRID instead of searching for THREAD=REFS support.
Heres googles API reference for Gmail threading explaining the system they use.
