    You can set "AllowEditHtmlSource" to true in data/settings/modules/MailWebclient.config.json file - that will allow for editing HTML source in email messages as well as in signatures.


    We don't currently plan to add tables formatting in the existing rich-text editor, however we do consider adopting a different third-party editor where these are available.

    It sounds like you're trying to paste the HTML email signature template (https://exclaimer.com/email-signature-handbook/html-email-signature/) directly into the editor. If the "Source code" icon allows HTML input, ensure your code is valid and properly formatted. Enabling tables might require specific permissions or settings in the editor—check the platform's documentation or settings. If issues persist, it could be a limitation or bug in the editor.
