    You can set "AllowEditHtmlSource" to true in data/settings/modules/MailWebclient.config.json file - that will allow for editing HTML source in email messages as well as in signatures.


    We don't currently plan to add tables formatting in the existing rich-text editor, however we do consider adopting a different third-party editor where these are available.

    If your editor has a "Source code" option, you can paste the HTML signature directly. Make sure tables are supported in the editor settings. If not, you may need to adjust the formatting or use inline styles for better compatibility.
