Generally, the product is sold "as-is", without any obligations to release new versions in the future. Enterprise customers which require guaranteed roadmap and other means of software assurance, may apply for special licensing plans which would cover any of the issues you're experiencing.

I'm sure the resource needed for update ASP.NET would be enormous..... i can't accept you haven't informed us about the decision to put ASP.NET version to a deadline while we are buying it and also while we move u request like this or other in the support forum.
What we should say to our customer that ask us for new features just in the 6.3 Php version, and they are buyed Asp. Net Version only few months before? -

As you can see, the idea to update ASP.NET version got much less votes than other ideas (like this one), while the amount of resources needed for that would be enormous (much more than for PHP version as it would also require to develop CalDAV and CardDAV servers in ASP.NET, for example).

v7.3 adds saving multiple files with a single click so that they appear as separate files (requires latest browsers).

WebMail Pro v7.2 has this feature (if zip extension is enabled in PHP)!
