  3. Save mail messages as PDFs.

    I can save emails as eml and msg. I would like a feature where I could save messages as PDF's as well. With images, attachments, rich formatting and all.

  4. Unified inbox - webmail pro

    Multiple accounts feature for webmail pro is great. Just 1 idea, a way to have a global/unified inbox of all accounts as some webmails have.

  5. Recursive search

    Please add the options to search recursive in all email folders within a mailbox.
    This is actually a standard feature which is available in all the other webmailer (lite and pro versions) and shouldn't be missing in Afterlogic Webmail Lite and Pro

  6. creating templates

    i'd love to see something similar to this http://gallery.zimbra.com/type/zimlet/email-templates

    there are a few ideas i think could be 'borrowed' from other programs like zimbra, which would be very useful and enhance afterlogic

  7. Support TASKS (to do list at least) in webmail pro PHP

    Please consider providing a way of adding tasks to webmail.

    Its just a basic task list. at the most person can specify a data/time. i imagine you can reuse the code used for calendar. :) sharing is not needed as I know thats more for Aurora product.

    Just an area where users can add their to do lists... i feel thats a simple feature that is missing, theres even quite a bit of space in top menu for it. not sure if you agree, but a useful day to day feature, somewhere where I can write my to do list...

  10. Add PlainText/HTML message selector in composer.

    As for now WebMail sends only HTML messages. There is no plain-text which is commonly used by many consumers.

    Note: Multipart message plugin (downloaded from ofiicial site) sends ugly plain-text with broken quoting.

  11. understand ICS and invitations - webmail pro

    I do understand that business oriented features are supposed to be in Aurora, not webmail pro, but I still think understanding ICS invitations and being able to invite users to a meeting could be part of webmail pro, as it can be done for non business usage also (schedule something and invite someone). Id keep the more advanced features like free busy, etc. just for Aurora.

    This way, Afterlogic Webmail PRO which is one of the more complete webmails in the market regarding features, would be even more complete and have this feature which other basic webmails have.

  12. Support image in signature

    Webmail PRO could have an option to add an image to the signature. Each user could have a configurable space (e.g 64Kg) to upload a logo.

    The logo doesn't need to be incorporated as attachment, just a image with <img src=http://webmail.address/profiles/users/domain.com/user.jpg"> is fine.

  14. Default domain on login form

    In previous WebMail you could set a default domain which could be automatically appended to the user name at login. Please add this feature back. This way users are saved the trouble of typing their entire email address every time they login.

  15. Delete function for old e-mail addresses which appear in the pull-down-list

    Small delete button on the right side of the email address in the pull-down list, shown in the send field of the email form. With this function users can delete old unused mail addresses, which still appear in the list.

  16. File quota per user

    Add Quota limit per user in <Files>. Ie. I want assign 1Gb space default for store files in "Files" or assign quota dynamically "quota==user's mail quota" or "quota==2xuser's mail quota"

  17. Send Email Later

    With this feature you can choose when you send an email, for example, Monday at 8:55 am — and webmail will deliver it precisely then. This allows you to if your busy to send emails say in the morning so the recipient can get it then instead of right now when you have time to compose it.

  19. Add an option to append the domain name to the From field

    My server setup is such that users must login using only user names (no @domain.com) but then no domain name is added to their user name in the From field so their messages are sent. I have circumvented the problem by adding a line in libraries/MailSo/Smtp/SmtpClient.php but it would be much simpler if the addition of the domain name to the user name to form the From field was supported by an option in the system. If there is something in the optional field, append it to the user name in building the From field. Simple and elegant. That would…
