Add PlainText/HTML message selector in composer.
As for now WebMail sends only HTML messages. There is no plain-text which is commonly used by many consumers.
Note: Multipart message plugin (downloaded from ofiicial site) sends ugly plain-text with broken quoting.

Yes it's available in WebMail Pro as well, make sure you enable the feature in config.php file as described at:

I agree, a PlainText is a useful feature.
