AI-enhanced Summarization
Add support for summarizing email chains and generating action items, so that you don't have to tread through a messy backlog of messages to figure out when the next meeting or to-do is. For admins, offer centrally manages AI providers, rate limits, permission control, and deidentification rules.

Automatic OpenPGP public key lookup
Currently, Afterlogic WebMail Pro requires manual upload of recipients' OpenPGP public keys. I’d like to request support for automatic public key discovery, similar to how modern clients like Thunderbird handle it.
Suggested functionality:
Automatically check for a recipient’s public key when composing an email.
Lookup methods:
- WKD (Web Key Directory) – https://domain/.well-known/openpgpkey/...
- Optionally fallback to trusted keyservers like https://keys.openpgp.orgBenefits:
- Improves usability and adoption of encrypted email
- Reduces manual steps for users
- Aligns with current OpenPGP standards and best practices1 vote -
Support PGP decryption for multipart emails
Currently, Afterlogic Webmail only decrypts PGP messages when the email is of type text/plain.
However, some users paste PGP-encrypted messages from external sources (e.g. Mailvelope or GPG CLI output). These messages are sometimes sent as multipart/alternative emails.
Afterlogic does not attempt to decrypt them — even though the text/plain part contains a valid and properly formatted PGP block.
This is a problem because many email clients generate multipart/alternative messages by default, even when the PGP content is plain text.
Feature request:
Please improve PGP handling so that Afterlogic also detects and decrypts PGP blocks found in the text/plain part of…1 vote -
decoupling authentication from the mail server (& maybe passkeys)
one thing that I think would be useful for a webmailer would be a way to decouple the password you use on the webmailer from the one for the mail server, as in most configurations, where the mailserver itself is exposed, having any sort of protection, be it a captcha or a 2FA becones near-useless as the mailserver could just be attacked, so one idea would be to not even use the mail server password for login but to be able to change it on the webmailer to something "user friendly" while the mail server itself keeps a strong random…

Allow accepting event invitations that were sent to an alias
Right now, invitations can only be accepted if the e-mail address of the logged-in user matches the recipient of the invitation.
It would be useful if WebMail Pro also could take into account the e-mail address aliases of the logged-in user which can be derived from the various identities which the user has set up.
If an invitation was addressed to one of the alias addresses specified in the identities, it should also be possible to accept the invitation and thus easily add it to the calendar.1 vote -

Make "starred" search all folders
When I click "Starred" in the left column, it currently only shows starred (IMAP "\Flagged") messages from the Inbox.
It would be nice if it would show flagged messages from all folders.
More generally, perhaps "Flagged" could be an option in the Advanced Search box, in the same way that "Has attachments" works. That way I could search for it in single folders or all folders, or perhaps in combination with other attributes (for example, it would then be possible to search for all Flagged messages from a certain address).

Generating a new message using AI
Generating a new message using AI
When generating (click the NEW MESSAGE button), in the window opposite SUBJECT, display the AI icon, when clicked, a mini message generation window appears (for example, the WebMail PRO AI header), then Subject, Generated text and at the very bottom Your text in two words from which will be message is generated.
For example, you can grab a form from the BlueMail mobile application.

Add Mobile App sync frequency options of 3/10/15 minutes.
There seem to be some gaps in the mobile app sync frequency. Adding 3/10/15 minutes seems to strike a good balance between the shortest time available (5 min) and the next available interval, 30 min.
Also, perhaps using a SELECT drop-down instead of radio buttons would save space and make 8 options fit easily in a mobile window.

aria support
One of our users reported that Afterlogic Webmail isn't accessible to ARIA-based screen reader software.
This can be seen on, say, a Mac by turning on System Preferences > Accessibility > Voice Control > Enable Voice Control > Overlay "Item Numbers". You'll see that there are no numbered clickable items for many things, including important things like the "New Message" button. This makes it unusable for users who rely on this feature.
This mostly seems to happen because these "buttons" are in "<span>" items, which aren't recognized as clickable by default under ARIA. For example, the "New Message" button is…

Redirecting to multiple addresses
In WebMail Pro's sieve filter setting, there is no option to perform a redirect to more than one address at a time, which is a very useful and frequently used option especially for larger clients.
I would greatly appreciate the ability to forward messages to more than one address in one go.

Calendar: support different timezones
Add supporting definition of two different time-zones for a single event.
E.g.: flight ETD in timezone-A and ETA in timezone-B
The backend (caldav) supports this already - just the webclient doesnt catch this data.

New Mail Snooze
With this feature you click on an email which is in the inbox and now marked as read, but maybe you need time to think, or you're waiting on a colleague. Or you just don't want to deal with it right now.
This will let you snooze the email conversation at any time. Just choose when — for example, in an hour or next week — and webmail will remind you then by marking that email in your inbox and a popup alert about it.

NextCloud Files Integration
It is great you currently have DropBox and other file integrations and you already have an integration for embedding Webmail Pro in NextCloud.
The ability to share files from NextCloud or save attachments to it would make Webmail Pro the best mail solution for NextCloud.
