Make it possible to email link to a file
Right now you can create a public link, or email a file. It would be great to have a single action of emailing a public link to a file.

Email not due to lack of space
In webmail pro, many times users account fills up and when they send a message they get error
The e-mail has been sent but could not save it in Sent folder due to an error.
*** and they get confused.
I suggest adding at end of error "possibly because your mailbox might be full"
PS - the progress bar of account full below folders is not so clear, many users dont see or understand it.

Autodiscover of imap/smtp details of email accounts & Unified inbox/sent folder
It would be great to have an autodiscover of imap/smtp details of any email account being added instead of having to do it manually in a situation where you have several emails from different domains.
Also a unified inbox/sent folder would make a lot of sense for ease of use and monitor of all your email accounts.

HTML Signature
Able to click on a icon "Source code" and just paste the HTML signature and also enable tables in the signature editor.

You can set "AllowEditHtmlSource" to true in data/settings/modules/MailWebclient.config.json file - that will allow for editing HTML source in email messages as well as in signatures.
We don't currently plan to add tables formatting in the existing rich-text editor, however we do consider adopting a different third-party editor where these are available.

imap cache list in the db or memcache to minimize iops
reduce amount of times that imap list folder.
ex: every 120 seconds check imap again

Show avatar instead of system-wide logo.
People should have the option to show their own avatar instead of a system-wide logo when they're logged in the system (top-left corner).
Maybe show the system logo as a default, but users can easily change it afterwards :)

Archive mail function, with a button next to delete
Like Gmails archive function (and many others), I'd like the ability to be able to one-click archive mail instead of deleting it.
Instead of it being moved to Trash it should then be moved to Archive (or whatever you have set up for the Archive location in Settings)
The Archive folder should also be treated as one of the major folders with its own icon and show maybe below Sent but above Trash in the folder list.

User self-service Password reset with ldap based mailservers
It would be nice to see afterlogic have a "forgot password" settings which would allow a user to reset the account password through mailing a reset link to the users private email address. The private emailadress should be read out of the ldap and not the sql database from afterlogic to keep this manageable through the administration tools of the ldap admin.
Currently we user the following tool, which works nice but it would be nice to have this integrated into afterlogic.
The developer is quiet open for suggestions, so maybe you guys could come together to use his already…4 votes -
custom SPAM settings tab in Account Settings
It would be really nice if you could add a tab called SPAM in the account settings view, where one could set custom spam handling settings as well as the account specific spam filtering level.

Allow to subscribe to folders with one click
Allow users to subscribe/unsubscribe to email folders with one click. Now they are forced to go by one clicking: when you have 200 folders it's very very painful!

Introduce a setting for the maximum allowed size of all attachments and/or extend ERRORMESSAGESENDING with the exact error returned by the SMTP server.
